Mark Rikess’ career as a successful entrepreneur, auto dealer, consultant, and auto industry thought-leader has been the result of his lifelong passion for innovative thinking and applied performance technologies. As a second-generation automotive dealer, Mark began with an early focus on dealership performance improvement, supported by well-documented implementation principles. The hallmark of the leading-edge thinking was his company’s early championing of One Price Selling. The Rikess Group (TRG) was founded in 1989 on the following three pillars of performance: 1. Customer focused, leading edge concepts 2. Supported by change-management initiatives 3. Implemented through measurable processes TRG has also been involved in major consulting and training initiatives for Toyota/Lexus, Honda/Acura, Infiniti/Nissan, Ford Motor Company, BMW, Hyundai, and Kia. Supplier clients include AutoTrader.com, and vAuto. Mark is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences, including those sponsored by J.D. Power and Associates and various state and local dealer meetings. Mark is a frequent contributor to Dealer Magazine and other industry periodicals. He has been widely quoted in Automotive News, USA Today, The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, and The New York Times. Rikess has founded or partnered in a number of companies including: 1. www.sendmeafriend.com - The first fully automated customer and employee referral program, designed to create incremental sales while enhancing owner loyalty. 2. www.greendealersupport.com - Helps dealers to lower their expenses through enhanced energy management and supports the marketing of their environmental achievements. 3. www.digitalairstrike - Dealers outsource their social media and reputation management to DAS, which offers a full suite of services 4. www.mobiledealerdata.com - A technology system that puts sensors on cars and keys so you never lose a key and can find cars wherever they may be. Mark Rikess is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Administration and is a resident of Hollywood, California. He is married to his lovely wife, Julia. The couple travel domestically and abroad frequently and attend numerous music concerts with a keen focus on Bruce Springsteen.

Mike Anderson began his successful automotive career 29 years ago in a Toyota dealership in the Northeast. With his inherent leadership and coaching skills, he rapidly advanced through the management positions obtaining the position of General Manager for a dealer group in Western Massachusetts. His commitment to customer satisfaction, paired with a unique ability to evaluate consumer trends prompted him to transition his first stores to a One Price sales philosophy in 1990. This insightful move proved to be very advantageous for the dealerships and it is where his twenty-four year relationship with the Rikess Group was initiated. Through his career Mike has lead, managed, and coached based on advanced sales and service processes supported and evaluated through key performance indicators and benchmarks. As the CEO and Partner of The Rikess Group, Mike successfully transitioned over 50 dealerships to a “One Price” Negotiation Free sales philosophy. He also developed the first One Price University in America. In addition he has created new internet sales processes and methods for reducing dealership sales transaction expenses leading dealer clients to higher net profits. Mike resides in the Atlanta area and is married to his lovely wife Amy; they have six children and five grandchildren. Mike’s interest includes spending time with the family, frequenting the Atlanta music venues, playing guitar, fly fishing and landscaping.

Tom Holt is a Performance Consultant with The Rikess Group. Tom has more than 26 years of experience in automotive sales and sales management with large auto groups. Prior to joining The Rikess Group, Tom was the General Sales Manger with Garber Buick located in Fort Pierce Florida. Prior to Garber Buick, Tom spent over 2o years in senior sales management with the Marsh Auto Group located in Traverse City, Michigan. Tom’s passion and expertise is in developing high performing teams and improving sales processes to maximize dealership performance and bottom line. Tom attended Lake Superior University form 1983-1988 where he majored in Business and Psychology.
