Our 5-day course is designed to empower a select team of sales associates to provide prospects with all the information they desire. It is transparent and designed to build trust and confidence in both the sales associate and the dealership. The over-arching goal is to get the consumer to want to meet the sales associate that is handling their lead. The course details include:

• Unique and highly effective response models for the internet opportunity.
• How to build a trusting business relationship with any internet lead or in-coming phone call
• Understanding what drives current customer behaviors and how to work with them on multiple communication channels.
• Utilizing relevant tools to better connect with today’s tech savvy car buyer including, e-mail, phone, text, chat, video, social media.
• Leading conversations in a transparent manner to create a trusting and mutually beneficial relationship
• Improving established metrics like response time, appointment made, appointment show and closing ratios
• Effective follow-up skills
• This course receives monthly mystery shopping activities with scorecard results for each shop. Monthly conference calls with the sales team and management staff and quarterly in store coaching sessions.
